The accommodation is fully furnished to a high standard, offering two and three bedroom family houses, as well as shared accommodation.
Eligibility for the accommodation is prioritised to NHS key workers and those key workers who live and work in the local area.
Short and long term accommodation is available.

Accommodation can be booked on a nightly basis from £40.39 per night. Longer term accommodation prices, start from:
- Single room (Dame Elizabeth Court) - £673.13 per calendar month (inclusive of council tax and utilities)
- En-suite room - £726.25 per calendar month (inclusive of council tax and utilities)
- One bed flat - £987.49 per calendar month (exclusive of utilities)
- Two bed house - £1287.83 per calendar month (exclusive of council tax and utilities)
- Two bed house (Dame Elizabeth Court) - £1463.54 per calendar month (inclusive of utilities, exclusive of council tax)
- Three bed house - £1463.54 per calendar month (exclusive of council tax and utilities)
