We have 215 key worker accommodation units based onsite at Colchester Hospital. The accommodation is within easy reach of the town centre with excellent transport links.
The accommodation is fully furnished to a high standard and ranges from one bedroom flats to two and three bedroom family houses, as well as shared accommodation.
Eligibility for the accommodation is prioritised to NHS key workers working for Colchester General Hospital and then offered to other key workers and finally to those working in the local area.
Pricing
Accommodation can be booked on a nightly basis from £43.99 per night. Longer term accommodation prices start from:
- Single shared room - £715.70 per calendar month (inclusive of council tax and utilities)
- En-suite room - £795.62 per calendar month (inclusive of council tax and utilities)
- One bed flat - £879.41 per calendar month (inclusive of utilities)
- Two bed house - £1320.77 per calendar month (exclusive of council tax and utilities)
